The Government steamer Hinemoa left Port early on Saturday morning on hsr regular visit tothe southern lighthouses. The barque Grasame're, Captain Morrison, arrived on Saturday from Newcastle with a full consignment of 640 ton 3 of coal, after an uneventful passage of fifteen days. Messrs G. McClabchie and Co. are her agents and Messrs Cuff and Graham her Port agents. . The ship Wellington, Captain Cowan, which put into Rio de Janeiro on the 24th July last, having sustained damage through collision with an iceberg, has been unable to complete her repairs owing to the bombardment, and at last advices the frozen meat showed signs of being unable to bear the prolonged delay. Lloyd's agents have therefore, advised having the vessel towed Home, but experts are of opinion the meat will not arrive in a condition to warrant the expense of towage being incurred, in vipw of the further delay which must occur before the vessel could arrive.— Evening Post.
