CUMBERLAND DISEASE ROOTED OUT. Press Association—By Telegraph-Copyright. Sydnett, December 27. Owing to bush fires there is almost a continuous trail of fire over the country from Lachlan to Murrumbidgee, which will remain a desert until the rainfall. Much ultimate good will result, for a large area of the country which is rotten through the Cumberland disease, will be rendered habitable for cheep.
