Walker, J.P.V) Allowing Horses to Wander, -• William Green, for allowing two horses to wander iv Carlislo street, Sydenham, was lined 10a. Oliver Peacock was (hied 5s for allowing a horae to wander in Madras Btreet, Sydenham. William Rcaby was charged with allowing a hot so to wander ia King street, Windsor. Mr Flosher appeared for the dofondant, who deuied the offence. After hoariug tho evidence, a fins of 5s was inflicted.
Wednesday, December 13. (Before R. Beetham, Esq., R.M.) Drunkenness.—For this offenco Jane Hooper was hue 10s or, in default, fortyeight hours' iinprisoument. A nun who had not before been convicted was fined 6a or, in default, twenty-four hours' imprison ment. Maintenance, Sea.— Georgo Sadler, who was charged with having failed to malu« taiu his wife and tive children, did not appear, and a warrant was ordered to Uans for his arrest. — Antonio, or Demetrio, Fernandez was charged by hia wife, Louisa, with failing to support her, and she asked for an order protecting her earning! sod §iving her the custody of their two ohllrou.
