Lyons 13 and Trott 10 were the <ml* double figure scores in the Australian innings. Lockwood took six wickets for 40, and Richardson four for 25. The South of England at the close of the day had lost five wickets for 126. Grace made 24, and Hewett 58; Ferris was not one 15. Stoddart was canghfc when he had made 4. ,
