Wednesday, September 6. (Before Captain S. H. Willis, J.P!) A Neighbours' Quarrel. —Mrs Clara Snow charged Mrs Elizabeth Foy with using insulting language for purpose of annoyance, and asked for her to be bound over to keep the peace. Mrs Foy charged Mrs Snow with using obscene language. After hearing evidence the Court dismissed both cases.
