M. de Villers, the French Envoy to Siam, has given the Siamese Government three mouths to consider the new comraeroial treaty, which overrides the treaties of the otiher powers. London, September 5 Lord KoSebery, in reply to a question, stated that Lord Duffdrin had taken with him to Paris the fullest directions for the protection of British interests in Siam. .
