Zealand, ss; New Zealand Trust and Loan Company, £5; Otago and Southland Investment Company, 5s ; K. Campbell aud Sons, £2 15s; Dalgety and Co., M 10s. The total quantity of wheat and flour afloat for the United Kingdom is 3,468,000 quarters, and for the Continent 1,608,000 quarters. The prospects of the British wheat crop are becoming more favorable as the harvest approaches. It is estimated, however," that the yield will be 20 per cent, below the average. The quality will be fine. Reports concerning the American crop are unfavorable, and tho yield is estimated to be smaller than last year. The total crop in India is 35,000,000 quarters. A cargo of Victorian wheat has been sold at 295.
