Tuesday, May 16. (Before G.W.Russell, Esq., J. P.) Drunkenness.—Thomas Walter Dixon, who had been remanded for treatment, and May Mitchell were each fiued ss, or in default the usual alternative of imprisonment. Dixon was also ordered to pay 12s 6d, the cost of his maintenance since his remand. (Before R. Beetham, Esq., R.M.) Civil Casks. — Judgments went for plaintiffs by default, with costs, in Bell v Robinson, £5, aud Harborow v Campbell, £2 18s 6d. Jerman v Petherick was adjourned till May 25th. There was no other business.
