Mails close for the following plaoes as under, subjeot to the accessary alterations :— MONDAY, MAY 15. For Northern Ports and Fiji, per Taviuni, at 11.10 a.m. ; late fee letters, 11.20 a.m. ; guard's van, 12.10 p.m. train. For Northern Ports aud Westport, per Omapere, at 11.10 a.m. ; late lee letters, 11.20 a.in. ; guard's vau, 12.10 p.m. train. For Northern Forts and Greymouth, per Herald, at 12.30 p.m. train ; late fee letters, 12.45 p.m.; guard's van,/1.25 p.m. train. WEDNESDAY, MAY 17. For Australian Colonies, and also for the United Kingdom and Continent of Europe, via Briudisi (specially addressed correspondence only), Point de Galle, India, China, Japan, and also for France, Algeria, Mauritius and Capa of Good Hope (specially addressed *' per French packet" only), per express (to connect with Rotomahana at Port Ciialmct'd), at 10.30 a. in. ; any late fee letters, 10.40 a.m. ; guard's van, express, 11 a.m.
For the United Kingdom, Continents of Europe, and America and West) Indies (via San Francisco), Sandwich Islands, &c, and also for Northern ports of New Zealand, per Takapuna, as follows:— Ordinavy letters, 7.45 p.m. ; late fee letters, 8 p.m.; books and newspapers, 7.30 p.m.; money orders, 4 p.m. ; registered letters, 5 p.m.; guard's van, 9.5 p.m. train.
