WELLINGTON, Msy 11 Since the annual meeting of tho Chamuet of Commerce tho Secretary has received from the London Chamber full iv formation bearing on the constitution- aud regulations of the Institute of Accountants in Knglsud and Scotland. The Council immediately appointed a Committee from its members together with Mr FitzGorald, AuditorGeneral, and Messrs Richardson, Fox, and Hudson, of the Goverumout Insurance Department. A scheme to establish so Institute embracing til New Zealand has. been drafted, and will bo considered by Urn Council of the Chamber forthwith.
