Malls close for the following places as under, subjeot to the uecossary alterations :— : SATURDAY. MAY 13. For South America, United Kingdom, and Contiuent of Europe (specially addressed correspondence ouly), per s.s. Doric, at 9 a.in. ; late fee letters, 9.10 a.in.; guard's van, 9.55 a.m. train. Parcels post parcels close at 5 p.m. Friday. For Northern Ports, per Rotorua, at 7.45 p.m. ; late fee letters, 8 p.m. ; guard's vuu, 9.5 p.m. train. For kaikoura, per Jaue Douglas, at 7.45 p.m.; late fee letters, 8 p.m. ; guard's van, 9.5 p.m. train. WEDNESDAY, MAY 17. For Australian Colonies, and also for the Uuited Kingdom aud Contiuent ot Europe, via Brindisi (specially addressed correspondence only), Point de Galle, India, China, Japan, and also for France, Algeria, Mauritius and Cape of Good Hope (specially addressed *• per French packet" only), per express (to connect with Rotomahana at Port Chalmers), at 10.30 a.m. ; any late fee letters,lo.4o a. vi. ; guard's vau, express, 11 a.m. For the United Kingdom, Continents of Europe, ami America aud West Indies (via Sau Francisco), Sandwich Islands, Slc, and also for Northern ports of New Zealand, per Takapuna, as follows:— Ordinary letters, 7.45 p.m. ; late foe letters, 8 p.m.; books and newspapers, 7.30 p.m. ; money orders, 4 p.m..; registered letters, 6 p.m.;. guard's van, 9.5 p.m. train.
