(PRESS ASSOCIATION TKr-EfiHAM.) WKLLINUTON, May lfc A large meeting of shareholders of tho New Zealand Times Company was held today. Pursuant to the .ludga'a order, resolutions were passed removing Mosnrs IV K. McDonald und .Icllicoo from thn Board of Directors, and appointing Messrs M. Kennedy and A. Collins in their place. Mr J. Plimmcr was re-elected. A resolution was also passed that Mr Jcllicoe did not possess tho confidence of tho shareholders. Tho meeting refused to allow the Company to bo bracketed as plaintiffs with Mr Jellicoe iv the action brought by him against the Directors. A resolution proposed by Mj Russell objecting to tho Managing Director being a Minister of tho Crown was negatived by a large majority. Mr Russell-ex-plained that the lesoluiion was not aimed at the lion. W. P. Reeves personally. The meeting was practically unanimous all through, aud no proxies woro in.
