THE NEW PORTFOLIO.
TO THE EDITOR 07 THE PRESS.
, Sib,—-The senior member for Christchurch has got a brand new portfolio all to himself. He is to be Minister of Labour. 4 What- does that mean, and to whom will the duties of his portfolio extend ? It might'be given to the titled member of the Ministry, Sir Patrick Buckley.—Yours, &c, • Faib Plat to Au*
