Secondly—That the undermentioned Articles of Association are hereby altered to provide as follows, viz. :— Number 23. For the registration of any Transfer of Shares a Fee at Two Shillings shall be charged by and paid to the Company prior to such registration being made. Number 62. That every shareholder shall have one vote for every five shares. Number 70. The Directors shall be not less than five nor more than nine in number. Thirdly—That the undermentioned Artioles of Association are hereby altered by striking out the following words quoted therefrom aud by substituting other words therefor, viz. :— Number 41. By striking ont" in the month of Juno (not being later than the third Friday thereof,)" and substituting therefor "in tbe month of May or June," Number 54. By striking out" twenty-five," and substituting therefor " ten." Numbers 9. By striking out "and of which notice shall be given by way of an advertisement in manner provided by Article 130."
