Public Notices. NOTICE TO SMOKER- OF "OLD JUDGE" CIGARETTES. OWING to numerous complaints that through the embossing of the words " Old Judge" on each cigarette the paper frequently breaks, the manufacturers have de" cided to discontinue the embossing. All shipments arriving here in future will not have the embossing on each cigarette.
