Melbourne, April 22. The Cabinet has been reorganised. Mr McLean becomes Chief Secretary and Minister of Lands j Mr Q. Turner, of St, of Customs ; Mr Graham; Miniscer 1 of AgriCulture; Mr A. R. Outtrim, Minister of Forests; Mr Frank Stewart, at present a member of the Government, without portfolio, has resigned on account of Mr Turner's appointment.
