NAUTICAL INQUIRY.

DUNEDIN, February 6. The nautical inquiry into the striking of the Ohau on Whale Bock found that the accident was' due to Captain Brewer being misled, but returned him his certificate. It was recommended that as the channel was now almost daily in use by steamers, the inner side of Whale Rock would be the better position for the buoy.
