WELLINGTON, February 6. The Governor will leave here on Tuesday on his proposed tour through the Uriwera country. The party proceed to Napier, thence on to Wairoa, where they will probably strike into the country. Major Mair will act as guide. The trip is expected to occupy three weeks.
