REVOLT IN PORTUGAL.
[PBB PEBSS ASBOCIATIOH.] February 2nd. 10.10 a.m. Lisbon, February 1. The rebels at Oporto failed to capture the telegraph office, but succeeded Id seizing the Town Ball, which was immediately bombarded by the loyalists. Owing to the want of ammunition the rebels had to surrencler. Fifty persons altogether wese killed. The country is tranquil.
