A Batch of Bad Charactebs.— Michael Fogarty, Andrew Black, Fiorrle Weaton, Daisy Dale," Annie Cochrane, alias Simmonds, and Polly Lyndhurst, were charged with being the occupiers ot a house in Toam street) frequented by reputed thieves and persons having no I lawful means of support, and f jund in such house in company with such persons. The accused Black stated he had only been three days in the accused's bouse since he had come out of gaol. He would go to Sydney if he were given a chance. The accused Simmonds also made a statement. John White, called by Fogarty, gave evldence as to the latter working for him for four days.
