It Will be .remembered that a short'tune ago a petition was preferred by Mr .Dawes and the British India Associated steamers, for winding up the Colonial Shipping Company (the Tyser line). It was dismissed, but notice of appeal was given. Mr Dobson, the New Zealand agent, today received a cable message stating that the appeal has been withdrawn.
