TO THE EDITeR OF THE PRESS. Sm,—l really think that " Non-Subacri-ber "is a little premature. Will it not be time enough for him to condemn the new Council when he has had same opportdnity of seeing what their policy is? As one of the new members, and one who is ten times more of a shooter than an angler, I really think he ought not to condemn us unheard and before we have done anything right or wrong.—l am, &c, New Blood.
