At the annual meeting of the Colonial Insurance Company this afternoon there was a large attendance of shareholders, and everything passed off satisfactorily. The balance sheet and the payment of a dividend of 10 per cent, were adopted. Messrs Jacob Joseph and J. B. Harcourt were re-elected Directors.
