A General Rate of three farthings in the pound upon th« rateable value of the rateable properties within the Woolston Town District, made under the provisions of the Town Districts Acts, 1881, and the Rating Act, 1882, for the year ending March 31st, 1891. 2. In compliance with a Special Order made by the South Waimakariri River Board, a Rate Of five Bixty-fourths of a psnny in the pound upon the rateable value of the rateable properties within the Woolston Town District, made under the provisions of the River Boards Act, 1884, and the Rating Act, 1882, for the year ending March 31st, 1891. 3. In compliance with a Special Order made by the Christchurch Drainage Board, a Rate or five sixteenths of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of the rateable properties Within that portion of the Woolston Town District lying within the district of rural Heathcote, made under the provisions ot the Rating Act, ISB2, and the Rating Act, p382," Amendment Act, 1885, for the period commencing on the 12th day of March, and ending on the 31sg day of December, IS9O.
