Foreign brokers are enquiring for it, and it is expected that the public will tender largely. The Banks are inclined to support it, and it is believed that a Syndicate will make special efforts to secure allotment. The Standard asserts that there is no enthusiasm over the loan, but interested will secure its being well covered.
