MAIL NOTICES.

Mails close for the following places as under, subject to the necessary alterations:— TUESDAY, APBIL 15. For Otago, per Wairarapa, at 1.45 p.m.; late feefetters, 2 p.m.; guard's van, 2.40 p.m. train. For South America, United Kingdom, and Continent of Europe (specially addressed correspondence only), and Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Rotorua, (to connect at Wellington with s.s. iSilkoura), as follows :—Ordinary letters, at 7.45 p.m.; late fee letters, 8 p.m.; books and newspapers, 7.50 p.m.; money orders, 4p.m.; registered letters at 5 p.m.; parcels at 5 p.ni.; guard's van, 9.5 p.m. train. WEDNESDAY, APRIL 16. For United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, &c., (specially addressed per Orient steamer or French packet), and Australian Colonies, except New South Wales and Queensland, per express (to connect with Wairarapa), at 10.10 a.m.; late fee letters, 10.25 a.n_,; guard's van, 11 a.m. train. THURSDAY, APBIL 17. For Northern Ports, per Tarawera, at 3 p.m.; late fee letters, 3.15 p.m.; guard's van, 4 p. m. train. For Northern Ports and Australian Colonies, per Wakatipu, at 3 p.m.; late fee letters, 3.15 p.m.; guard's van, 4 p.m. train. FRIDAY, APRIL ia For the United Kingdom and Conti nents of Europe and America, and West Indies (via San Francisco), Sandwich Islands, Cape of Good Hope, &c., &c., and also for Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Takapuna, as follows ;— Ordinary letters, at 7.45 p.m. ; late fee letters, 8 p.m.; booats and newspapers, 7.30 p.m.; money orders, at 4 p.m.; registered letters, at 6 p.m.; guard's van, 8.5 p.m. train. This mail will be due in London on May 26th.
