U:*«___3i-T____D Doos.—For keeping unregistered dogs, David Charteris (1) was fined 10s: A. W. Ga_e(2), 10s each; J. .1. Heap (l), 10s ; Russell RotKsrte (1), 10s; H. bmallridge XI), ,10s. All the defendants having registered their dogs prior to the hearing of the case, and Charteris, Russell, and Smallridsce having paid the cost of the information the fines were reduced to la. A charge against W. Radford, for keeping an unregistered dog, was adjourned for a week.

Civil Cases.—Ann Johnson v Edward Savage, claim 20-; judgment b¥ default, with costs. O. O. Matthew yF. Glasson, claim d_4-is, for service of a mare by the entire horse Betrayer: judgment by default with costs. J. S. Hayes vR. Fenton, claim £7 3s, for balance of account for medical services, was adjourned by consent for a week, the defendant being unable to appear.
