S.S. TAINUI.

On Thursday afternoon the Shaw, Savlll and Albion Company's Royal Mail steamer Tainui, Captain B. J. Barlow, 8.N.R., left the No. 7 wharf for London direct. She had 191 passengers in all classes. Her outward cargo was every large one of the ordinary lines of colonial produce. She took a large mail outwards, being contained in 46 bags, the contents of which were 10,362 letters, 1074, books, 7756 newspapers, and 240 registered letters. There were also four boxes of parcels.
