London, November 22.
The Directors of the English and Coastwise Companies threaten to work their vessels at colonial wharves unless the demands of laborers cease. The latter threaten to block the colonial steamers if this action be taken, but it will not affect steamers carrying mails. The Dockers' Union are organising a Board of Arbitration to deal with all matters in dispute between themselves and Dock Companies. The Directors of the latter Companies express themselves in favor of a Board

LABOUR TROUBLES. London, November 23. The clerical staff and foremen of the Tilbury docks have agreed to join the Union under protest.
