fPBlt PBKSS ASSOCIATION.! Received July llth, 11 a-m. London, July 9. As soon as the New South Wales loan was announced financial syndicates held a meeting, at which it was agreed tenders Bhould not exceed £102 Bs. The brokers resent the colonies over borrowing and glutting the market, especially New South Wales. They say last year's stocks are still on hand to a large amount, as no time has been given to unload them. They object also to the violation of pledges not to borrow, which has lately occurred twice.
