THREATENED STRIKE OF MINERS.
[per press assooiation.'l Received July 12th, 1.30 a.m. Sydney, July 11. A strike amongst the miners working in the Mount Kemble mines is likely to eventuate to-morrow, owing to the refusal of the minemaster to reduce the hours of labor from nine to eight and a-half hours.
