DUNEDIN, July 11. In the Supreme Court Mr Lloyd, late coach proprietor, sued Voller, late accountant of the Equitable Insurance. The plaintiff' 3 case is that he sold Voller 100 shares for £1 in consideration of a release from further liability, but understands since that his name was not erased-from tbe register, and he has been sued for caßs. The defence is that Voller bought as agent j for Kircaldy. /"^J
