His Honor sat in Divorce at 3 p.m. cole v cole. In this case the husband, William Chas. Cole, petitioned for the dissolution of his marriage with Phoebe Kate Cole, his wife, On the ground of adultery. . Mr Stringer appeared for the petitioner. The respondent did not appear. Evidence was led by Mr Stringer in support of the petition. His Honor said he hesitated a little before he made an order nisi for the dissolution of the marriage, as the petitioner had allowed eight years to elapse before taking these proceedings.
