IN DIVORCE.
His Honor sat in Divorce at 3 p.m. cole v cole. In this case the husband, William Chas. Cole, petitioned for the dissolution of his marriage with Phoebe Kate Cole, his wife, On the ground of adultery. . Mr Stringer appeared for the petitioner. The respondent did not appear. Evidence was led by Mr Stringer in support of the petition. His Honor said he hesitated a little before he made an order nisi for the dissolution of the marriage, as the petitioner had allowed eight years to elapse before taking these proceedings. Mr Stringer pointed ont that want of means had prevented the petitioner from coming to the Court before. His Honor granted the order nisi. HOATSON V HOATSON. In this case, on the application of Mr Beswick, his Honor made the decree nisi herein absolute.
