NAPIEE, Jnly 8. The Charitable Aid Board met this afternoon, the country being weE represented. A motion, condemning the Charitable Aid and Hospitals Bill, was unanimously passed. The Borough Council held a lengthyspecial meeting to-night, to consider the eamo question, and also passed a unanimous resolution to the same effect.
