MR DEASY'S LETTERS.
REPORT OF THE ROYAL COMMISSION. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (per press association.] Received July 7th, 10.40 am. Sydney, July 6. A Royal Commission appointed to enquire into the grave charges made by Mr Deasy, one of the Irish delegates, against the Post Office officials of having opened letters addressed to him, have submitted their report r,o his Excellency the Governor. They report that, after making enquiries, they fiud that Mr Deasy has failed to substantiate the alleged charges.
