WOODBURY.
The annual meeting of householders took place on Tuesday last, the attendance being small. The report showed the numbers on the roll to be 140, and that the financial position was sound, also that the school had passed a first-class examination. The following were elected a new Committee: — Messrs Dean, Flatman, Cooling, Cormack, Gick, Heatly and McKenzie. At a Committee meeting held afterwards, Mr Dean was re-elected Chairman, and several minor matters were disposed of.
