PARNELL COMMISSION.
LPKR PBSSS ASSOCIATION. 1 Received April 14th, 6 p.m. London, April 13. The Court was crowded to-day during Sir Charles Russell's address on behalf of Mr Parnell. The learned counsel argued that the Times had based its charges of '* Parnellism and Crime " on Eugene Davis , bogus confession, which Pigott invented, and afterwards palmed off to the Times. In making reference to the cheque which Mr Parnell sent to Byrne, Sir Charles Russell declared that it was sent for an innocent purpose. The Commissioners have adjourned until the 30th instant, when Mr Parnell will be examined.
