STUDENTS are required to ENTER their NAMES at the REGISTRAR'S oFFICB and PAY their FEES before attending the Lectures. Students whose Fees are not Paid within twenty-one days from the beginning: of the Lectures of each terra, will be fined the *urn of one shilling for each lecture for which the fees ; remain unpaid after that date. Students who begin to attend lectures ataperiod subsequentto the date above-mentioned, must pay the full fees when they begin to attend, otherwise they will be fined one shilling for each lecture, in addition to the full fee.
