London, March 11. Copper is now quoted at £53 per ton, and shows signs of rallying. Financiers have come to the rescue of the Syndicate, and arranged with the mines for the suspension of the Output for two months. It is expected that this will have the effect of raising the minimum price to £67 per ton.
