[press association telegram.] AUCKLAND, March 7. A private meeting of the creditors of D. H. McKenzie was held to-day, when reference was made in strong terms to the manner in which the Trustees had administered the estate. It was stated that the assets had been valued at JBBSI7 10e, but when realised had dwindled to J&4887 18s 10d. These were charged with certain payments, amounting to under jglOO and the total assets remaining for creditors amounted to J8265, the Liquidators' expenses, being set down at .£928 19s lid, while the Trustees* commission waa £860 33 6d.
