* — [PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Received March 6th, 12.15 p.m. London, March 4. The prospectus of 'the Imperial Colonial Trading Company is just issued. The capital is a million. Its first issue of half a million, in £10 shares, is nearly ready to float. Shares to the value of £50,000 are reserved for New Zealand. It is understood that the following are the Directors of the new Company:— Liverpool—Maclver Bros., of tho Cunard line; Fraser, banker; Bowering, merchant. Manchester-—Sir Joseph Cocksey Lee> of Tootal, Broadhurst, Lee aud Co. Glasgow—Grahame, merchant. London—Sir W. Buller and Sir Chas. Palmer, M P. for Jarrow (Durham). Wellington, New Zealand— Henry Russell, of Waipukurau. The Company hope to import a million sheep per annum. Palmer's Shipbuilding Company, Limited, London, are to build several steamers (fifty days service) to inaugurate the trade.
