The quarterly meeting of the Chamber of Commerce was held to-day. The President, Captain Cclbeck, congratulated the Chamber on the improved prospects of the colony. It was the intention of the Chamber to press upon the Premier's attention the aviating state of the Bankruptcy Law. Captain delivered an address upon the question of immigration. Mr S. Vaile's proposed motions upon the Baflway Comadssaaa were not discussed.
