BREACH OF CONTRACT.
[press association tsusqrajc] DUNEDIN, January 22. In the Supreme Court William Ridley, a warehouseman, sued the Hon. George Fisher for £200 for breach of contract. In Avgmck last Mr Fisher, through the agency oflrvine *nd Haydon, landlord of the Criterion, offered to sell 200 shares in the New Zealand Shipping Company at ss. The offer was accepted, and though the comp&s&on of the transaction was postponed at Mr Fisher's request, he now SefftHwg in mmplptß.
