The Government have decided to /.roeecute Messrs J. O'Connor member for Tipperary South; J- Finucane, Limerick South; David Sheehy, Galway South; Thomas Mayne, Tipperary Mid f Thoa. J. Condon, Tipperary East; P. J. O'Brien, Tipperary North; M d Dr. Tanner, Cork, Mid., on a charge of intimidating occupiers of farms from which the tenants had been evicted. A farmer at Kerry has been murdered. The police are inquiring into the matter, but as yet no arrests have been made.
