SPECIAL MEETING OP SHABEHOLDEBS.
AUCKLAND, Octofeer 10. At the special general meeting of the Bank of New Zealand to be held to-morrow resolutions wfll be submitted for the writing off of £3 per share, and that a separate liquidation account be kept of all assets at present unrealisable.
