SYDNEY, September 19. This morning was an off-day, and very little work was done on the training grounds. All tbe horses were out, but were treated to easy work only. The latest betting for the Metropolitan is Touchstone, Lamond, Abercprn, 8 to 1; Cardigan, Blarney, 10 to 1. The others are unaltered. Lamond has been backed to win the Caulfiela Cup for £10,000 at 100 to 4 arid. 5. Received Septom'oer 20th, 1.30 sua. SYDNEY, September 19. The following a~e the latest betting quotations :—Honeydew 5 to 1 (off), 6 to 1 (tkn) ; Touchstone 7to 1 (off), Bto 1 <tk_>. The others are unchanged.
