U.C.C.C. Fifteen v L.P.C.C Second Fifteen.
This match, started at Lancaster Park the Saturday before last, was continued on Saturday at Hagley Park. I_P.CC. had scored 233 in their first innings. The JJ.C.C.C. have so far lost six wickets for Id, Rolleston, 38 not out, being the top scorer with a hard-hit innings. D. Wood, 37, was next. He was somewhat lucky, being let off several times. C. Barker batted well for his 20. W. Wilkinson 18, Goldingham 12, L. Cotterill 14, not but, also got into double figures. Mr ___*__, ' 29, added considerably to tbe score.: This match has taken two Saturdays to get to this stage—-an. innings and a halt.
