R'JLES AND REGULATIONS: Ail nominations, entries, and acceptances, must be made by the times specified above (no lute letters accepted), and they must contain name, age, colour, pedigree, and performance of horse. Jockeys' colours must be named at time of entry, under penalty of 2 soys. Any jockey riding in wrong colors will bo fined 2 soys. AH protests must be accompanied by a fe« of 2 soys. to be forfeited if the protest be not sustained. All disputes, claims, or objections arising out of the carrying out. of this programme will ho settled by a majority of Stewards present, and their decision will bo final, conclusive and binding on all parties concerned. Tho horso te be sold immediately after tho race, and any surplus above the entered price to go to the Club. Any horse can be claimed at entered selling price, in accordance with rule below. Weight not loss than lOst. Entrance, 1 eov. Pull and go. Two miles, or six times ound and 80 yards. 7. Consolation Handicap Timk Tkot (in saddle), of 20 soys. For all beaten horses and ponies. Nomination, with 10s, to be made immediately after the Lancaster Park Trot is "run. Acceptances, with 10s, five minutes after the handicap appears «n the board. Pull and go. Two milos. or six times round and 80 yards. N.B.—The Lancaster Park track is 1720 ft round. All horses must be riddon or driven in proper costume, or tho horse will not bo allowed 0 start. No entry wtll be received for any race excepton the following conditions:—That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the majority of the Stewards present. Their decision upon all points connected wilh tho carrying out of this programme shall be tlnal. Horses must trot, fairly to the sa'isfiu-fion of the Referees, who shall have power to disqualify any horse for disregard of repeaUxl caution. All protests must be accompanied by a fee of i soys. which will be forfeited should the objection be considered frivolous or vexatious. Rule—Any horse, not the winner, running for tho Selling: Trot, may be sold by auction, on applioa'ion being made to the" Secretary within' fifteen minutes from the termination of the race.
