[PRESS ASSOCIATION TELIORAIf.] AUCKLAND, January 26. At the Wesleyan Conference to-day a Committee was appointed to enquire into and report upon the affairs of the Vtw Zealand Methodist. Considerable discusdon took place re Foreign Missions, and the following resolutions were passed: “ This Conference having heard the report of circuit contributions to the foreign mission fund is painfully convinced that as a Church we fail to manifest that practical interest in the world's evangelisation which the importance of this enterprise demands; that in connection with public meetings greater cue be taken to bring its claims clearly and forcibly before our congregational the missionary prayer meeting to be held monthly.
