Derringer, Necklace, and Turquoise covered three rounds of the tan in good style, Nelson and Patrician moving very freely, but the crack apparently being able to do what he liked with his companion. Lady Emma went once round slow, and then picked up Bubezthl, the pair finishing a couple |of miles together, and the mars having all the bast or it- Taiaroa and the Bed Bose filly were sent three-quarters of a mile at half speed, while Captain Webster covered two miles in very fair form. Kean'e two-year-old colt, St. lvee, was sent for a long steady canter. Goodman gave Apropos and the. Fallacy colt a goad gallop over the Champagne course.
